Education Development Trust is implementing the Building Learning Foundations (BLF) in Rwanda. BLF is an initiative of the Rwanda Ministry of Education and Rwanda Education Board; The Building Learning Foundations Programme (BLF) is funded by the United Kingdom’s Department for International Development with the aim of improving learning outcomes in English and Mathematics for Rwanda’s lower primary school children.
