JOB DETAILS:
Description
The role of the Finance Professional Intern is to support the AIF Finance Department in accounting, financial, and administrative activities, gaining practical exposure to the Company's finance and accounting operations.
Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices and payment requests
- Verify supporting documentation before payments are made
- Prepare and issue customer invoices
- Post daily bank transactions in S/4HANA
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Investigate discrepancies between records and bank statements
- Maintain accounting documentation for audit and reference
- Scan and file finance documents electronically and physically
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
