Gendered Market Assessment for Building Leadership, Opportunities, and Options for Marginalized Women and Girls (BLOOM) Africa Tender at World Vision

World Vision International (Rwanda) is seeking a qualified and reputable firm to conduct a Gendered Market Assessment for the Building Leadership, Opportunities, and Options for Marginalized Women and Girls (BLOOM Africa) Project. Participation in the competition is open to all on equal terms.

Instructions to bidders:

1. All interested firms shall express their interest in this Expression of Interest by 31st December 2025 at 10.00 AM. (The details provided will serve to create the profile of the consultant in the WVR e-procurement system “Coupa”);
2. An email will be sent to all interested bidders through the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa) on 31st December 2025 at 11.30 AM. 
3. Please note that all tendering processes and bid submissions will be done through (online) WVR e-procurement (Coupa); no hard copies will be accepted. 
4. For any challenge, you may contact the following email: wvrwanda_sc@wvi.org. Any bidder who will not comply with the instructions to the bidders will automatically be disqualified.
