JOB VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

The leadership of ERC Rusororo, through its Project RW0252 Rusororo, hereby informs the general public and all qualified and interested candidates that applications are being accepted for the following position:

HEALTH AND SOCIAL WORKER

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish, track, and train Savings Groups and Loan Associations (VSLAs) and promote small-scale businesses.
• Connect beneficiaries with their respective saving groups and foster unity and sustainable development.
• produce and submit routine development and group activity progress reports.
• Oversee general social welfare and community health initiatives within the project.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (A0) in Sociology, Development Studies, or any other related field.
• Possess knowledge and the ability to guide and work effectively with community groups.
• Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Excel and other asset tracking software.
• Be a faithful Christian with a valid letter of recommendation from their local church.
• Be 40 years of age or younger.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
