Hiring An English Teacher for Accelerated Education Program in ETM Gashora Tender at World Vision

World Vision is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development programs in 30 Districts of Rwanda. Our interventions in the strategic period of 2026-2030 seek to reach 2.5 million of the most vulnerable children. This is done through programming in Resilience and Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection, and Education.

With the purpose of promoting living conditions of evacuees from Libya hosted in GASHORA ETM, World Vision Rwanda is implementing ACCELARATED EDUCATION project in GASHORA ETM under the UNHCR fund in the year 2026. The major goal of the Accelerated activity is to facilitate evacuees' access to the language and civic education. 

Education is a fundamental human right and essential for the exercise of all other human rights. It promotes individual freedom and empowerment and yields important development benefits. Education is a powerful tool by which economically and socially marginalized adults and children can lift themselves out of poverty and participate fully as citizens. Refugees and asylum-seekers have the same right to education as all other people in the world.

Instructions to bidders: 

1. All interested bidders shall express their interest through the link Gashora by 3rd March 2026at 05:00 pm (the details provided will serve to create the profile of the Publisher in the WVR e-procurement system “Coupa”); An email will be sent to all interested bidders through the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa).
2. Please note that all tendering processes and bid submissions will be done through (online) WVR e-procurement (Coupa); no hard copies will be accepted.

4. Any bidder who will not comply with the instructions to the bidders will automatically be disqualified.
