FXB Rwanda would like to invite interested and qualified service providers to submit their bid documents for hosting meetings and trainings in different districts as listed in the tender document available at FXB Rwanda Coordination office upon payment of ten thousand (10,000Frw) to the account number 25001965004 for Francois Xavier Bagnoud opened in I&M Bank or upon presentation of the bank slip to info@fxbrwanda.org the tender document should also be shared via email. The tender is divided into the following lots:
Lot 1: Rwamagana District
Lot 2: Kamonyi District
Lot 3: Muhanga District
Lot 4: Nyanza District
Lot 5: Gakenke District
Lot 6: Musanze District
Lot 7: Rubavu District
Lot 8: Ngoma District


The bidder shall submit the following documents:
1. Prices (Cleary showing the VAT Inclusive, exclusive),
2. Copy of the incorporation certificate (RDB),
3. Valid Tax clearance certificate from Rwanda Revenue Authority,
4. Valid Clearance Certificate from Rwanda Social Security Board.

The bids documents in a sealed envelope, shall be submitted to FXB Rwanda coordination office located at Kamonyi District, Runda Sector, Ruyenzi cell, located at 100m from Runda Sector or its usboffices located in different districts as listed above no later than Friday April 15, 2022 by 2:00 P.M.
Note:
• Please make sure you include your email address as it will be used in giving feedback on your application. Suppliers with no email address will not receive any feedback,
• Bidding on more than one lot is not allowed. Please specify in the request letter which lot are you applying for. Applying on many lots will cause automatic rejection of the bid.
• Local hostels (those operating in the district specified as lot) are highly encouraged to apply.
