IT Officer

• Provide first-line technical support for all computer hardware, software, and network issues at the head office and all branches.
• Set up accounts for new users and maintain user access rights.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot software, networking systems, internet services, and printers.
• Ensure the proper maintenance of servers and perform regular system checks to mitigate operational risk.

REQUIREMENTS: Applicants should have A2, A1, or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, ICT, and other fields related to the position.
