Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the IT Manager, the position is responsible for operating and monitoring IT equipment to ensure the implementation of computerized processes in compliance with the company's policies, procedures, and standards

Your main tasks:

  • Install, configure, and provide technical support remotely or on-site when necessary for client workstations, as well as central and local servers.
  • Administer, configure, and install local servers.
  • Perform system maintenance and manage data backup processes.
  • Administer application servers.
  • Replace faulty hardware components.
  • Manage business applications related to company operations.
  • IT vendors and service providers
  • Troubleshoot and provide technical support to end users

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree (Bachelor +4) or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Working proficiency in English and french

Experience:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in network administration, server management, cybersecurity, and telecommunications.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
