Job Summary
The Individuals & Societies Educator teaches subjects such as History, Geography, Economics, Global Politics, and related social sciences while fostering critical thinking, global citizenship, and intercultural understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging inquiry-based lessons.
- Develop curriculum and assessment materials.
- Encourage research, debate, and critical analysis.
- Assess student progress.
- Support interdisciplinary learning.
- Participate in extracurricular activities.
- Maintain positive communication with parents.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in History, Geography, Social Sciences, Education, or related field.
- Teaching qualification.
- Relevant years' teaching experience.
- IB or Cambridge experience is an advantage.
