Instructor in Agricultural Mechanization Technology at RP Gishari College (RP-GISHARI)

Responsibilities or duties

• Teach/train students in areas of their specialization
• Assist students in portfolio building
• Conduct practical session, planning and preparation
• Engage in professional and personal development
• Participate in community outreach activities
• Supervise student innovation projects
• Conduct practical examination and assessment
• Participate in income generating activities of the institution
• Conduct training needs assessment in line with curriculum
• Assist students to perform the necessary tasks while working in the workshop
• Prepare an inclusive workshop
• Provide technical advice to the institution
• Perform all other tasks assigned by his/her supervisors

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

NB: The candidate must have:

• Transcript or Degree showing at least a second-class upper division.
• Two (2) of experience in teaching
• One (1) year of industrial exposure

Proven industrial working experience of at least six (6) months. Having a TVET trainer certificate and a driving license Class F is an added advantage
