Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new international business opportunities and export markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and distributors.
- Promote company products and services to international customers.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and customer service teams for smooth order processing.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and virtual business meetings.
- Negotiate pricing, agreements, and terms with clients.
- Monitor market trends and customer demands.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications & Professional Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in international sales or export business.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of international trade and export procedures.
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
- Additional foreign language skills are an added advantage.
