INSTRUCTIONS TO BID:

1. RDB registration certificate
2. Valid Tax clearance certificate
3. Company Profile

SERVICES TO BE PERFOMED:

LOT 1: Office partitioning (according to the seating arrangement) using an industrial-coated aluminum profile with clear glass partitions and linear frost stickers

LOT 2: Office cabling:

Telephone ports, data ports, and power port installation according to the seating,

 You are invited to visit the site located at Kacyiru, “Golf Rise Vieu Building”, behind Telecom House on Monday at 2:30 and get the partitioning plan from our office before submitting your quotation.

The Financial Proposal should contain the following 

• Quotation in RWF
• The quotation should separate Lot 1 and Lot 2.
• You are allowed to quote for all lots or one lot only, depending on your expertise. 
• Validity period of the price (minimum one month)
• Indicate the timeline.

Other requirements

Please submit a signed and stamped quotation in a sealed envelope no later than Wednesday, September 27th, 2023, before 12:00 p.m. local time.

1. Submission is at the JHPIEGO Office, at the Umuyenzi Plaza Building, 2nd Floor.
2. Indicate at the back of the envelope “Office cabling or office partitioning”.
3. The bid shall be addressed to the Finance and Operations Director.

Any bidder who will meet challenges during the expression of interest and bid submission can call 0788 381 188 during working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Friday up to 2:00 p.m.

N.B.: Failure to meet the closing deadline will result in rejecting your bidding proposals.
