JOB DETAILS:

The Rwanda Rural Rehabilitation Initiative (RWARRI) is implementing the Youth Empowerment for Sustainable and Profitable Agriculture in Rwanda (YESPAR) project. This project aims to enhance youth engagement in sustainable agricultural practices. The Amizero Institute of Technology and Hospitality (AMITH) is a key partner in delivering training under this project.

Responsibilities or duties

The Irrigation Teaching Assistant will assist the Irrigation Instructor in preparing and conducting both theoretical and practical lessons in irrigation technology. The role aims to ensure the smooth delivery of lessons, effective student supervision, and the proper maintenance of training tools, equipment, and workshop facilities.

Qualifications or requirements

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Irrigation and Drainage, Water Engineering, or a related technical field. Good communication, teamwork, and workshop organization skills.

Experience needed

At least 1 year of hands-on experience in irrigation systems.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
