Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL) has announced a recruitment opportunity for 22 positions across different departments and technical areas.
Responsibilities or duties
The Legal Specialist will support legal activities and provide statutory and legal advice to EUCL.
- Prepare and review legal instruments, agreements and internal regulations.
- Advise management and departments on legal matters.
- Participate in developing legal and contractual frameworks.
- Support proper legal procedures and standards.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Applicants should have a Master’s degree in Law with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Law with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
A postgraduate diploma in Legal Practice or equivalent professional legal qualification is also indicated.
Experience needed
Experience in commercial transactions, contract drafting and negotiation, procurement or corporate law is an added advantage.
