JOB OVERVIEW
This M&E Manager role's main purpose is to ensure the quality and accountability of Isôoko’s work, bringing immediate and lasting changes in the lives of youth and women. This role ensures the program has evidence-based knowledge to inform the program's direction from assessment and regular program monitoring documents.

- Collaborate with the Program & Impact Director to develop and enhance monitoring, inspection, and evaluation procedures.
- Ensure all new projects start with a clear baseline before implementation begins.
- Evaluate & Monitor project activities and track progress toward achieving project outputs with the support of program coordinators.
- Recommend improvements to the logical framework and develop monitoring and impact indicators for project success.
- Evaluate overall progress and sustainability of project results.
- Conduct capacity assessments on existing M&E systems and develop indicators and monitoring strategies.
- Provide inputs, information, and statistics for reports to the management team, partners, and board of directors.
- Identify challenges faced by participants through feedback channels such as suggestion boxes, interviews, or group discussions
- Conduct regular field visits to assess participation, data accuracy, and real program effects.
- Ensure cleanliness of the data and validate data in appropriate databases.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of data collected by staff, interns, and enumerators.
- Collect success stories and learnings to inform future design
- Prepare and submit required M&E report for all partners, donors and funders
- Assist the Program & Impact Director in implementing data management and handling policies and guidelines.
- Develop standard operating procedures for data handling and archiving.
- Ensure integrity, confidentiality, and security of all Isôoko data.
- Report findings and propose new policies or amendments to existing data policies.
- Collaborate with the management team to draft and finalize new data policies or amendments.
- Document processes and disseminate information to partners and stakeholders.
- Create and manage dashboards for management and different department
