Background:

In order to effectively accomplish its business objectives, KTRN Ltd is looking for a qualified and competent candidate to fill the vacant position below:
Position: Marketing, Products & Strategic Projects Manager (1):
Roles & Responsibilities:
The marketing, products & Strategic Projects Manager will be responsible for digital marketing, Products & analysis, Project coordination, retailer support, market intelligence, branding, and website management.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online channels to drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth
- Analyze product performance, conduct detailed competitor benchmarking, identify market gaps and opportunities, and provide insights to support product development, pricing, and positioning strategies that enhance the company’s competitive advantage
- Collect and interpret market data and industry trends, and prepare market intelligence reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage the company website, including content updates, design coordination, and analytics monitoring.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to prepare project proposals and tender bids, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
- Provide product training, marketing support, and promotional guidance to retail partners.
- Monitor retailer performance and implement strategies to improve sales and strengthen brand presence.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, product outcomes, and project deliverables
Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Competencies required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Information Technology, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in the telecommunications industry, with exposure to product development, Sales, project management, marketing, or retail operations/support.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in digital marketing, including analytics, social media management, campaign planning and execution, website/CMS administration, and brand development to drive engagement, visibility, and business growth.
- Ability to understand telecommunications products, market dynamics, and conduct product comparison and analysis, as well as support product development to strengthen the company’s market positioning.
- Ability to respond to project tenders, prepare bidding documents, and demonstrate strong project management skills, including coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering projects within deadlines.
- Ability to manage and update company websites and perform basic artwork or marketing design (e.g., banners, promotional materials, digital assets) will be considered an added advantage.
