ABOUT SKILLS HUB INTERNATIONAL LTD

SKILLS HUB INTERNATIONAL (SHI) LTD is a subsidiary of ONCG GLOBAL HOLDINGS LTD, a multidisciplinary consulting group operating across African continent. SHI Ltd is registered in Rwanda since 2013, to offer a wide range of world-class training services and employment related services to both corporate and individual clients.

SHI offers cutting edge business and management customized training programs. Our training services include Professional training services, Executive Training, In-house training services and Special Training services for specialized industries like banks, insurers and others.

Our training services are provided via two schools namely School of Business Professionals and School of Business Executives. Our training sessions are offered through physical class sessions as well online via our virtual training system. Our trainings range from one day-certificate to three-months training certificate for proficiency programs.

Furthermore, SHI Ltd as Capacity building service provider, offers Employment related services such as Recruitment services, headhunting, Job-Connect and Refresher course services to both employers and job seeking community.

OVERVIEW OF SHI’S JOB-CONNECT SERVICES

Job-connect services are employment services offered by SKILLS HUB INTERNATIONAL (SHI) LTD to fresh graduates and job seeking communities. These are inclusive and holistic job readiness and career guidance services offered to those who are registered to be connected with potential employers.

Through this program Registered candidates are regularly trained, advised and appraised to meet the evolving labour market needs. Candidates are given opportunities to meet with well-established professionals in their respective chosen careers for professional advice, coaching and future professional development.

Those who subscribed to the service pay annual subscription fees which allow them access to the latest refresher information designed to help them maintain skills, knowledge and competencies required by potential employers

HOW TO GET REGISTERED

Registration is done virtually through our web portal. Visit https://skillshubinternational.com/ and then click on job connect and continue with apply now.

You can also visit our office at Kimironko, Gasabo, KG 11Ave, TRIUMPH HOUSE, 3^rd floor, room 309 from Monday to Friday or call us on (+250) 780 343 116, (+250)780344361 for proper guidance.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

• Being a Rwandan or foreigner residing in Rwanda with working permit
•  Having completed at bachelor’s degree in the last three years or having working experience of at least 12 months in the last five years;
•  Having achieved an academic performance of Second-class Lower division (at least cumulative grade point average of 60%) or equivalent
•  Being ready to go through SHI’s the selection process and follow regular assessment tests according to chosen career;
•  Being able to follow career guidance process as organised by SHI Ltd from time to time
•  Ability to pay for career advisory and related fees as required

SELECTION PROCESS

After receiving your application, the screening process follows in the following steps:

•  Internal Assessment based on submitted documentation;
•  Pre-selected candidates are invited for initial interview
•  Successful candidate sign career development agreements with SHI LTD
•  Selected candidates are required to pay initial career advisory services fees
•  Candidates undertake training in digital and soft skills

PAYABLE FEES

Fees for career advisory and job-connect services are two folds:

•  Initial fees for career advisory services and basic training in digital and soft skills are paid by registered candidates;
•  Job-connect services are born by interested employer the registered candidate accept the proposed employment contract with the employer
•  Note that a registered candidate may also be required to pay for additional training services Fees to bridge the identified gaps in hard skills

Normally registration is registration is open for interested candidates via our web portal on https://skillshubinternational.com/job/connect/apply 

However, this call is open for 30 calendar days up to 30 August 2024.
