Notice – Vehicle Rental Services: Re-advertised Tender at University of Global Health Equity (UGHE)

The University of Global Health Equity (UGHE), an initiative of Partners In Health, delivers world-class health sciences education grounded in equity and trains the next generation of global health leaders. Located in Butaro, Burera District, Northern Rwanda, UGHE’s growing academic community requires increased logistical support for academic programs, student movement, clinical training, and operations nationwide.

To meet rising transportation demands for faculty, staff, and guests, UGHE invites reputable and experienced vehicle rental companies to submit bids for the provision of high-quality, safe, and well-maintained rental vehicles. Services are required within Kigali, upcountry, and particularly for routes between Kigali, Butaro Campus, and other key locations.

All bids must be submitted electronically through the UGHE Procurement System no later than 23:59 Kigali time on December 11, 2025. The results of the public opening session will be available starting December 12, 2025.
