2. Objective of the tender

The objective of this tender is to procure high-quality, durable, and efficient Coffee machine and accessories to support hotel operations.

3. Scope of work

The successful bidder shall be responsible for:

• Supply of coffee machine and accessories
• Delivery to designated location (Mantis Akagera Game Lodge)
• Installation and commissioning 
• Basic use training to the concerned staff members
• Provision of warranty and after-sales service

5. Eligibility criteria

• RRA clearance certificate
• RSSB clearance certificate
