Notice for Construction of School Latrines and Health Facility Sanitation Infrastructure Tender at World Vision

World Vision is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development programmes in 30 Districts of Rwanda. Our interventions in the strategic period of 2026-2030 seek to reach 2.5 million of the most vulnerable children. This is done through programming in Resilience and Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection and Education.

World Vision International Rwanda hereby invites all competent and reputable companies/suppliers specialized in construction works to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the works indicated below tender Lots.

Lot 1: Construction of One (1) Block of School Latrine and One (1) Menstrual Hygiene Room at GS Murira in Muganza Sector, Mashyuza AP, Nyugwe Cluster in Rusizi District.

Lot 2: Construction of One (1) Block of School Latrines and One (1) MHR at GS Kabagombyi and One (1) MHR at EP Muvungu, Kivu Cluster, Karongi District.

Lot 3: Construction of latrines at Mugonero Health center.

Lot 4: Construction of One Block of School Latrines and One MHR at GS Kabeza and One MHR at EP Gihira in Kivu Cluster, Karongi District.

Participation to the competition is therefore open and on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field. 

Instruction to bidders: 

1. All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed online via the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa). No hard-copy submissions will be accepted.
2. Interest bidders must express interest through the provided; Link not later than, 18/02/2026 at 5:00PM
3. An email will be sent to all bidders who expressed interest, granting access to the Tender documents on the date to be indicated in e-procurement system (Coupa).
4. Bids must be submitted exclusively via the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline communicated in Coupa. No company will be awarded more than two lots.
