Notice for Consultancy Service for Business Growth, Sustainability & Market Linkage Services Tender at Good Neighbors International

1. Good Neighbors International hereby invites national tenders for the consultancy service to provide business growth, sustainability and market linkage services for farmer service centres nd young farmer groups under the shora neza project in 15 districts: Gicumbi, Rulindo, Burera, Musanze, Gakenke, Gasabo, Nyarugenge, Kicukiro, Bugesera, Nyagatare, Gatsibo, Kayonza, Rwamagana, Kirehe, Ngoma. 
2. Participation in the competition is open, on equal terms, to all companies specialized in consultancy with demonstrated and reputable experience in the field. The tender comprises one lot, under tender reference No. GNI-RW/ITT/2026/19
3. Request for proposal document may be obtained from the Secretariat of Good Neighbors International- Head office located at Kicukiro District, Kagarama Sector, Kanserege cell, Bwiza village, KK 395st, Household No: 4 from 8th to 18th September 2026, during business hours upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 RwF), deposited to the account No. 211-117708-1-5101-2, Account Name: Good Neighbors Rwanda open in GT Bank.
4. Well printed bid written in English, properly bound and presented in three copies of which, one original and two copies must reach, in sealed envelopes at Good Neighbors International Head office, not later than 21th September 2026 at 10:00 am local time, accompanied with a bid security of One million Rwandan Francs (1,000,000 RWF), issued by a reputable bank or a registered financial institution. Bidders should sign in the tender register during submission; however, late bids shall be not received.
5. The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on 21th September 2026 at 10:05 am. local time at Good Neighbors International Head office (Kigali). Good Neighbors International-Rwanda reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and is not bound to give reasons for its decision”
