Notice for Consultancy to Support the Customization of Policies for District Saccos tender at Association of Microfinance Institutions in Rwanda

The Association of Microfinance Institutions in Rwanda (AMIR) is seeking Individual Consultants to submit proposals for a consultancy to support the customization of policies for District SACCOs.

Detailed Terms of Reference (ToRs) may be obtained from the AMIR Secretariat during working days and hours, or by requesting them via email to info@amir.org.rw, starting Monday, 5^th December 2025. The ToRs will be provided upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs (RWF 20,000) to the AMIR account at Bank of Kigali:
