Notice for Establishment of Radical Terraces and Related Soil and Water Conservation Works Tender at FH Association Rwanda

FH Association Rwanda (Food for the Hungry) is an International Christian Relief and Development organization with a value proposition “We design, develop, and deliver catalytic solutions that build resilience so that children, families, and communities can flourish”.

FH Rwanda has been implementing integrated relief and development projects in Rwanda since 1994. FH Rwanda operates in Rulindo, Ruhango, Muhanga, Gatsibo, Nyagatare, Ngororero, Karongi, Gisagara and Nyamasheke districts. Our Head Office is located at Umuyenzi Plazza, 2nd Floor, Kisimenti – Remera-Kigali. 

Food for the Hungry Rwanda, funded by World Food Program (WFP), is looking for a competent Qualified Contractors/Specialized Firms for the Establishment of Radical Terraces and Related Soil and Water Conservation Works. 

• Lot 1: Establishment of 20 Ha of Radical Terraces (10 Ha in Ndaro Sector, Ngororero District and 10 Ha in Kagano Sector, Nyamasheke District) tender No: 009/06/FY26.

This call for proposal is open on equal terms to all Qualified Contractors/Specialized Firms for the Establishment of Radical Terraces and Related Soil and Water Conservation Works that fulfill tender requirement and registered in Rwanda. 

Site visits will be carried out as in the table below: 

N/B: FH RWANDA staff working in that area will guide the visit and FH ASSOCIATION RWANDA will not provide any transport. Company representatives are required to bring a signed and stamped letter from the Managing Director or staff card showing that he/she works for the company.

The tender documents can be obtained from 15th June 2026 at the reception of FH Association Rwanda office located in 2nd floor of UMUYENZI PLAZA Building, KG 5 RD, Plot nº428, Rukiri I Cell, Remera Sector, Gasabo District, Kigali City upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of non-refundable amount of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 Rwf). This payment can be done to FH Association Rwanda Bank Account N° 4002200337223/RWF opened in Equity Bank. 

Interested bidders should submit their well typed, appropriately bound technical proposal presented in One Original and Two copies and a financial proposal presented in One Original and two copies in sealed envelopes to the above-mentioned address no later than 2nd July 2026 at 10:30 am local hour. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

The bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 am in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in FH Association Rwanda’s board room 

FH Rwanda reserves the right to reject any bid deemed inappropriate.
