Notice for Finishing Multiple Hall at Masaka Resource Center for the Blind  Tender at Rwanda Union of the Blind (RUB)

Rwanda Union of the Blind (RUB) is a local non-governmental organization legally operating in Rwanda since 1995. It is registered with Rwanda Governance board under the legal personality no 60/05 of 16/03/1995. Over time, the RUB strengthens and extends the scope of its activities by establishing branches in 30 districts of the country. Its activities are based on the improvement of the living conditions of people with visual impairment through education, training and rehabilitation. These activities are implemented both Nation and grass root level. RUB has a center know as Masaka Resource Center for the Blind (MRCB) that dedicated to provide rehabilitation services to Blind and partially sighted persons. MRCB is located at Masaka Sector, Kicukiro district, city of Kigali.

For the better services and improvement of life condition, RUB wishes to renovate and finishing it’s multiple halls located in MRCB.it is in this context, RUB invites interested qualified and experienced construction companies to submit their quotation (comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BoQs)) for renovation of existing multipurpose hall.

SCOPE OF WORK

The selected construction company will be responsible for:

1. Conducting obligatory site visit and sign attendance list.
2. Electrical installation rehabilitation
3. Painting outside and inside 
4. Floor tiling 
5. Construction of veranda 
6. Renovation of 6 doors of existing toilets
7. Rain water evacuation 
8. Fence
9. Extension Room
10. Renovate Toilets

Ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality assurance, and alignment with accessibility requirements.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Interested applicants are requested to submit the following:

1. A technical and financial quotation.
2. RDB certificate
3. Company profile
4. Tax clearance certificate

NB: any company which did not visited site is not allowed to submit the tender documents offer. 

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION AND SITE VISIT 

Interested applicants are requested to conduct a self-site visit on December 13, 2025 between 9 AM to 11 AM, all quotations must be submitted no later than December 16, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
