The Gabiro Agribusiness Hub Ltd, hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders in the field of assets valuation
consultancy to submit their offer for surveying consultancy at GAH Ltd 2025-2026.More details on the services to be provided are provided in the tender document. This tender document is open to all fulfilling the requirements herein.

The bidding document, prepared in English, may be obtained from the Head Office of Gabiro Agribusiness Hub Ltd (GAH Ltd) on any working day during official working hours, upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (RWF 10,000). The fee should be deposited into Account No. 100084141687, GABIRO HUB REVENUE, held at Bank of Kigali (BK).

Well-printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies, one of which is the original, must reach, in sealed envelopes but with Technical Bid and Financial Bid written on them, the reception desk of GAH Ltd Office located at GAH Ltd DEMO FARM & DAIRY @Karushuga, Rwimiyaga, Nyagatare not later than 9 March 2026 at 12:00 PM. Electronic submissions shall not be allowed. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened 

Well-prepared bids regarding technical aspects will be opened on the same day at 1:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their duly authorized representatives who wish to attend. Financial bids will be opened only for those who pass the technical evaluation criteria.

The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline mentioned above.

Bids will be opened and governed by the internal procurement policy and procedure manuals approved by the GAH Ltd
