This tender document is submitted in response to the opportunity to provide inland transport services for containers from the ports of Dar es Salaam (Tanzania) and Mombasa (Kenya) to designated inland destinations. The bidder represents a formal offer to provide these logistics services with full knowledge of the operational requirements, safety standards, and regional transport regulations.
 

The bidder undertakes to provide reliable transport for the following container categories:

• 20' Foot Light: Standard 20-foot containers within standard weight limits.
• 20' Foot Heavy: 20-foot containers carrying heavy cargo requiring specialized tri-axle trailers or weight-compliant permits.
• 40' Foot Containers: Standard and High-Cube 40-foot containers.
