We are looking for a potential Supplier for Public area cleaning at Kigali Marriott Hotel and Four Points by Sheraton Kigali.

 The successful bidder will be awarded a one-year contract as per attached scope.

I have also attached the biding terms and conditions for your reference to adhere to.

Kindly submit your sealed bids to Kigali Marriott loss prevention office (Security office) Cutoff Date 6th May 2026 (Kigali Marriott).

1. Bid is registered in our log book at loss prevention office.

2. Write your company name.
3. Write the Bid Name.
4. In case of email, Bids should only be addresses to Miss Urusaro Jennifer Our Executive Assistant only on this email address jennifer.urusaro@marriott.com
5. Note: bids by email will only be sent to Jennifer who will print them and put in a sealed envelope for registration in the bids logo book.
