Notice for Simulation Room Equipment Tender at Jhpiego

Jhpiego hereby invites national bidders to submit quotations for the supply of the following materials. Participation in this competition is open on equal conditions to all companies specializing in IT and Communication supplies.
 

INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS

For clarity, this Request for bid is in one Lot (List in Annex):

Eligibility Documents (mandatory, to be included in the technical proposal):

•  RDB Registration Certificate

•  Valid RSSB Certificate 

•  Valid Tax clearance Certificate 

• Certificate of Good Completion for at least three (3) similar tenders executed 
• Mandatory Bid Security for 3% of the total amount of bid.

Bid Format:

The quotations should include the following documents:

1. Technical Proposal (Warranty Period, Products Catalogue, technical specifications: (Comparative table of Vendor’s proposed technical specifications versus client technical specifications).
2. Financial Proposal (Price, delivery time and, bid validity)

• Prices must be in Rwandan Francs (RWF), for all items
• Each item should be quoted with the price VAT Inclusive

1. The bidder should have a physical address and demonstrate the company proof to have supplied similar materials.
2. The bidder must indicate clearly the address and Phone number in the email to facilitate the tender committee to contact him/her during the evaluation process.

Submission Deadline:

All quotations must be submitted in signed and stamped file (Technical and Financial) electronically to the email bellow: Rwanda.Procurement2026@jhpiego.org not later than Monday, 8th June 2026, 2:00 PM Kigali time

Note:Jhpiego reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all proposals at any time prior to _contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder(s) or any obligation to inform the affected bidder(s} of the grounds for Jhpiego's action.
