Notice for Supply and Delivery of Manikins for the Skills Lab Tender at Ruli Higher Institute of Health

The Management of Ruli Higher Institute of Health hereby informs all interested and qualified suppliers that it intends to procure and award a contract for the supply and delivery of Manikins for the Skills Lab at RHIH Kigali Learning Center Saint Paul, as specified below:

Interested bidders in this tender are requested to contact the Secretariat of the Ruli Higher Institute of Health for further information and clarification regarding the tender requirements. They may also obtain the detailed list and specifications of the required Manikins from the Secretariat.

Eligibility and Requirements for Bidders:

• Individuals or Companies, whether local or foreign with the necessary qualifications, experience and capacity to provide the required Manikins are eligible to participate in the Tender and must submit a copy of a valid identification document.
• The bidder must provide evidence of having successfully performed similar assignments, such as a Certificate of Good Completion or equivalent proof of previous experience
• The bidder must be able to issue an EBM-compliant invoice
• The bidder must deliver the Manikins to Ruli Higher Institute of Health on the agreed time after signing the contract.
• The bidder must provide a warranty of at least one (1) year for the supplied Manikins.

Sealed bids shall be submitted to the Secretariat of Ruli Higher Institute of Health no later than the specified deadline.

Submission Deadline: Sealed bids containing the price quotations shall be submitted not later than 01 October 2026 at 11:00’AM to the Secretariat of Ruli Higher Institute of Health.

Opening of Bids: The bids shall be opened publicly on 01 October 2026 at 02:00 PM, in the Meeting Room of Ruli Higher Institute of Health
