Notice for Supply and Installation of UPS System Tender at Kigali Marriott Hotel

Greetings from Kigali Marriott Hotel,

We are looking for a potential Supplier for UPS supply and Installation in Kilimanjaro ballroom and B1 meeting spaces at Kigali Marriott Hotel.

 The successful bidder will be awarded a Purchase order as per attached scope.

I have also attached the biding terms and conditions for your reference to adhere to.

Kindly submit your sealed bids to Kigali Marriott loss prevention office(Security office) Cutoff Date 4th September 2026 (Kigali Marriott).

Site inspection will on 27^th September 2026 at 11:am at Marriott Kigali. Please call MR Valois on 0780 566 554.

2. Write your company name.
3. Write the Bid Name.
