Notice for Water Supply System Construction Works Tender at World Vision

World Vision is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development programmes in 30 Districts of Rwanda. Our interventions in the strategic period of 2026-2030 seek to reach 2.5 million of the most vulnerable children. This is done through programming in Resilience and Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection and Education.

World Vision International Rwanda hereby invites all competent and reputable companies/suppliers specialized in Water Supply System Construction Works to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the works indicated below tender Lotswhereby each lot is independent.

Lot 1: Extension and Upgrading Water Supply System in Mutete Sector, Gicumbi District-Kageyo AP, Buranga Cluster.

Lot 2: Rehabilitation and Reinforcement of Kadasomwa- Nyirankomagurwa WSS/Jyambere AP

Participation in the competition is therefore open and on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field. 

Instruction to bidders: 

1. All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed online via the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa). No hard-copy submissions will be accepted.
2. Interested bidders must express interest through the provided; EOI WSSs not later than 19/02/2026 at 10:00 am.
3. After the Expression of interest deadline, an email will be sent to all bidders who expressed interest, granting access to the Tender documents on the date to be indicated in the e-procurement system (Coupa).
4. Bids must be submitted exclusively via the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline communicated in Coupa.
