1. King Faisal Hospital, Kigali (KFH, R) invites interested eligible bidders to submit their bids for the supply of drugs and medical consumables as indicated in detail in the technical specifications of the bidding document.
2. Tender document in English may be obtained upon sharing of the proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 20,000 Rwf (Twenty Thousand Rwanda Francs) or the equivalent in Usd, by direct payment or by telegraphic transfer to the following account number 100023958222/Rwf opened at Bank of Kigali,  00289-06969457-39/USD labelled “King Faisal Hospital, Kigali ” opened in “Bank of Kigali Ltd Swift : BKGRWRW , Correspondent Bank : CITIBANK New York, Swift :CITIUS33,  with all bank charges to the bidder’s account
3. The offer shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Ten Million Rwanda Francs (10,000,000Rwf) or equivalent in USD. The Bid security shall be duly signed and sealed by the guarantor and shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period.
4. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of KFH, R, through a formal letter with the following address Gasabo District, Kigali City, O. Box 2534 KIGALI, RWANDA or by email: procurement@kfhkigali.com and copy to richard.uwimana@kfhkigali.com 

5. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies and one original, must reach the Procurement Department at the address mentioned below no later than August 8^th, 2023 at 2:00 pm local time prompt. Late bids shall be rejected.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below on August 08^th, 2023 at 2:30 pm local time in KFH, R Board room.
7. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name, title.
