This is an exciting time for King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda as we embrace a new strategic direction. The hospital has continued to grow due to its positive reputation for authentic compassionate health care and highly skilled medical practitioners, especially in specialized surgical and medical services. King Faisal Hospital Kigali is looking for suitable candidate to fill the following position.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of research protocols
- Assist in the preparation and submission of IRB/ethics applications
- Participate in data collection (facility-based and field activities)
- Conduct data entry, cleaning, and basic analysis
- Perform literature reviews and evidence synthesis
- Contribute to manuscript and abstract writing
- Maintain proper research documentation and records
- Participate in research meetings and training activities
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (A0) in a health-related or research field (e.g., Nursing, Public Health, Biomedical Sciences, or related), final-year students awaiting graduation are also eligible.
- Demonstrated prior research experience.
- Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of research methods and data analysis tools is an added advantage
- Commitment to ethical research practices
