Purpose

Principal Technician in charge of Application Development contributes to the achievement of the department by providing technical expertise in development and implementing functional software applications that fit for RRA needs as well as carrying out assignments aimed at maintenance, upgrades, optimization of the existing systems to serve our client requirements to the fullest.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Understand the client requirements
• Develop softwares based on the given requirements
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade the existing programs to ensure the effectiveness of the software components
• Gather and evaluate user feedback and propose the required changes accordingly
• Integrate third-party programs and software components to the existing RRA system
• Design needed reports and interface according to user requirements
• Produce technical reports for references

• Bachelor's Degree with Professional qualification in Computer Science specialized in Java framework and C-sharp (C#)
• Bachelor's Degree with Professional qualification in Information Management specialized in Java framework and C-sharp (C#)
• Bachelor's Degree with Professional qualification in Information Technology specialized in Java framework and C-sharp (C#)
• Bachelor's Degree with Professional qualification in Information System specialized in Java framework and C-sharp (C#)

Required Experiences

• 1 year experience in relevant professional experience is required.
• Applicants must also have developed and deployed at least one application that is currently live in a production environment at a recognized institution.
• Applicants must provide a reference and a URL to the live application for verification of experience and production use.
