Learn Work Develop (LWD), implementing the Learning and Inclusion for Transformation (LIFT) Program funded by Foreign, commonwealth and development office (FCDO) and led by the Ministry of Education (MINEDUC), invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit bids for the procurement and delivery of scholastic materials and logistics to support out of school children (oosc) who are now back to school (BTS) in Gakenke District.

Scope of the Tender

The selected supplier will be responsible for:

• Providing quality scholastic materials (exercise books, Pens, and bags etc.)
• Ensuring compliance and standards
• Delivering all materials to LWD Headquarters
• Providing signed delivery notes and inventory documentation

Eligibility Criteria

• Valid company registration Certificates 
• Proven experience in supplying Scholastic Materials or similar materials
• Ability to deliver high-quality items within the required timeline
• Tax clearance proof 

Interested and eligible companies are able to do expression of interest and request Terms of reference in order to do and submit their complete bids.
