Provision Of External Audit Services Tender at IGICUMBI SACCO

IGICUMBI SACCO Nyanza hereby invites eligible, qualified, and licensed audit firms to submit sealed & emailed tenders for the provision of external audit services for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.

1. Scope of the Services

The scope of the audit assignment includes:

• Statutory audit of the SACCO’s financial statements in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA);
• Review of internal controls, compliance, and governance systems;
• Issuance of an independent audit opinion and management letter;
• Presentation of audit findings to Management and/or the General Assembly, if required.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Interested bidders must:

• Be legally registered and licensed to operate in Rwanda;
• Be in good standing with relevant professional bodies;
• Have proven experience in auditing SACCOs, cooperatives, or financial institutions;
• Possess qualified and experienced audit staff.

3. Non-Refundable Tender Fee

A non-refundable tender fee of RWF 20,000 (Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs) is required.

4. Tender Documents

Tender documents may be obtained from the offices of IGICUMBI SACCO – Nyanza upon presentation of proof of payment of the non-refundable tender fee, during working hours from Monday 26/01/2026 to 12/02/2026

5. Submission of Tenders

Completed tender documents must be submitted by the provided email igicumbisacconyanza@gmail.com no later than 12/02/2026 at 11AM.

Late submissions will not be accepted.

6. Tender Opening

Tender opening will take place on 12/02/2026 at 11h30 AM at the offices of IGICUMBI SACCO – Nyanza, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
