Provision Of Third-party FSSC 22000 V7 Certification Services Tender at RwandAir Catering Ltd

TYPE OF CONTRACT:Three (3)-Year Renewable Contract

RwandAir Catering Ltd is a fast-growing inflight catering company in Rwanda that commenced its operations in August 2014. Since its inception, the company has been providing catering services to airlines, private jets, and charter operators.

In line with its continued development and expansion plans, RwandAir Catering Ltd hereby invites eligible and qualified companies specialized in food safety management system certification to submit bids for the Provision of Third-Party  FSSC 22000 V7 Certification Services, in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in the tender document.

Participation in this tender is open, on equal terms, to all eligible companies or enterprises that meet the required quality, food safety, technical, and other qualification requirements specified in the tender document.

1. OBTAINING THE TENDER DOCUMENT

The tender document may be obtained from the RwandAir Catering Ltd Head Office during working days, from Monday to Friday, between 08:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. local time, upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable tender document fee of USD 100.

2. SUBMISSION OF BIDS

Bids must be well printed, properly bound, and submitted in one (1) copy in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender reference number and title.

Bids may be submitted by courier or hand-delivered to the reception of:

The bids must be submitted before 08 October 2026 at 10:00 a.m. local time.

Late bids will not be accepted.

3. BID OPENING

The bids will be opened on the same day, 08 October 2026, at 10:30 a.m. local time, at the RwandAir Catering Ltd offices.

4. BID VALIDITY

Bids shall remain valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the deadline for submission of bids.
