1. Introduction to Offerors: Hinga Wunguke is a USAID program implemented by CNFA in Rwanda. The goal of the Hinga Wunguke project is to support increased agriculture productivity and incomes, access to finance and markets, and access and consumption of nutritious food products in Rwanda, while increasing the resilience of the agriculture and food systems to the changing climate.

As part of its programmatic activities, CNFA requires the services of qualified and interested companies to submit their proposals for provision of cooking and cleaning services for five Hinga Wunguke offices in Rwanda namely: Kigali Main Office based in Kimihurura and four provincial offices located in Musanze, Karongi (Rubengera), Nyamagabe and Kayonza Districts.   Section B provides full details on the required Scope of Work.

Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their offers are received by CNFA in accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions described in this Solicitation. Only qualified companies are eligible for consideration in response to this RFP. Failure to adhere to the instructions described in this RFP may lead to disqualification of an offer from consideration. Please reference the RFP number in all responses.

2. Offer Deadline and Protocol: Offers must be received no later than 12 p.m., Kigali time, on Monday, September 12, 2023. All interested and qualified companies should submit their technical and financial offers to: ModAg@cnfarwanda.org. Please include “Provision of cooking and cleaning services to Hinga Wunguke Offices” in the subject line. Only successful applicants will be contacted.

Offers received after the specified time and date will be considered late and will be considered only at the discretion of CNFA. The cover page of this solicitation summarizes the important dates of the RFP. Offerors must strictly follow the deadlines provided in the cover page to be considered for award.
