Provision of audit services Tender at African Evangelistic Enterprise ( AEE RWANDA ) 

AEE-Rwanda invites qualified Audit Firms to submit their proposals to carry out audit services for LIFT Project grantees according to the Terms of refence.

Well bound and sealed bids presented in one copy original and softcopy via email: aeeprocurement@aeerwanda.ngo copy lnagatake@aeerwanda.ngo should be submitted to AEE Rwanda Head office at Gishushu (Opposite Gasabo district) not later than August 28th, 2026, at 10:00 local time. Late bids will be rejected. 

The opening of bids will be held at AEE-Rwanda Head office at Gishushu at 10:30 am in the conference room.

The technical proposal should include signed and stamped submission/cover letter, detailed experience in auditing International Development and FCDO funded projects with proofs, the current detailed CVs of audit team and company administrative documents (Practicing certificates, RDB Certificate, proof of EBM usage, Tax clearance certificate, VAT Certificate, and RSSB clearance certificate).

The cover letter should include the address of the audit firm and contact person.
