Background
The Association of Microfinance Institutions in Rwanda (AMIR) is an umbrella organization bringing together 457 licensed microfinance institutions in Rwanda. Our operations are guided by different national documents such as National Financial Inclusion Strategy, Vision 2050, National Strategy for Transformation 1 (NST1), SDGs that all incorporate long-term plans for the government of Rwanda. The main target of AMIR is to always work hand in hand with the government and other development partners such that Rwanda’s population is lifted from poverty through financial inclusion and access to finance.

The car will be offered for sale "in its current condition:
" from March 7, 2023 to 14 March 2023, between 10:00 and 16:00, the vehicle will be available for inspection at AMIR Offices located in Kacyiru , KG 513 ST N0 13 Near Kibaza Cell Office.
On Wednesday, March 15, 2023, not later 11:00 a.m., interested persons or Companies should bring their sealed envelopes marked "Public Auction with the information of the CAR they want to buy " to AMIR Offices located in Kacyiru , KG 513 ST N0 13 Near Kibaza Cell Office. The envelopes will be opened in the public at 11:30 the same day.
Upon AMIR's acceptance of their bids, the successful bidders must transfer/pay 30% of the accepted bid amount right away to the AMIR account number 00040-00296099-88 opened in the Bank of Kigali (BK).
Within 7 days, the remaining 70% must be paid. The highest bidder will forfeit their entire bid if they don't deposit 30% of it. The subsequent will be taken into account.
In case the remaining balance is not paid within 7 days; the auction shall be canceled and the deduction of 5% will be applied on the 30% deposited on the account as processing fees.
The vehicle and related documents will be delivered to the successful bidder after payment of the remaining balance. The vehicle should be removed within 7 days from the date of notification.
The auctioned vehicle may be taken only after full payment and the issuance of "Acte de vente" by AMIR.
If the amount quoted in the offer falls short of AMIR's expectations, no vehicle is purchased.
