DUHAMIC-ADRI through its Project named “SERVE” would like to invite all interested companies or firms to, Design and Print Waist coats for Farmer Promoters and staff under SERVE project as detailed in the table below:

Specifications

Design: The waist coats should be designed in a professional and visually appealing manner, with the following elements incorporated:

1. Logos: Mastercard Foundation (left chest), Care International (right chest), and DUHAMIC ADRI (back).
2. Inscriptions: "SERVE Project " (back)

Material: The waist coats should be made from durable and comfortable fabric suitable for long-term use, considering involvement in the program.

Sizing: Waist coats should be available in a range of sizes to accommodate the diverse body types of the farmer promotors and staff.

Criteria of eligibility for bidders

Any bidder interested to apply for this tender has to fulfil the following conditions:

1. A motivation letter addressed to DUHAMIC-ADRI Executive Secretary, BP 1080 Kigali
2. Being legally registered as Company or Society authorized to operate in Rwanda (RDB Certificate)
3. Having a strong experience to supply required materials proven by 3 recent certificates of good completion
4. A proof to use Electronic Billing Machine (EBM)A copy of invoice submitted in the past, for all invoices to be paid
5. Valid Tax clearance certificate provided by Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA)
6. Social Security Clearance issued by RSSB
7. The bidder must have a capacity to supply all specified materials in a period not exceeding 7 days after receiving the purchase order

Interested bidders are invited to visit samples at DUHAMIC-ADRI head offices located in Kicukiro District, Niboye sector. Starting from Tuesday, September 5, 2023 from 08:00 AM to 5:00PM (working hours). Please note that a site visit certificate will be a mandatory requirement

The selection of the successful bidder will be done based on Quality-based selection method (QBS).

The prices proposed in the financial proposal (quotation) shall include all taxes.

Bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI at Kicukiro head office no later than Monday 11^th September 2023 at 10:00AM

The public opening of bids is fixed on the same day at 10:30AM at the headquarters of DUHAMIC-ADRI.
