TENDER TITLE: Public Tender to procure agriculture Lime

DUHAMIC-ADRI through its Project named “SERVE” would like to invite all interested companies or firms to provide agricultural lime to support demo plot under, SERVE project as detailed in the table below:

The following are the sites where the lime will be distributed in each district

• Rulindo: 3 sites (Bushoki, Ntarabana and Burega sectors)
• Gakenke: 3 sites (Muyongwe, Kivuruga and Gakenke sectors)
• Nyamagabe: 2 sites (Kamegeli and Gasaka sectors)
• Huye: 4 sites (Maraba and Ruhashya sectors)

Any bidder interested to apply for this tender has to fulfil the following conditions

1. This tender is public for agriculture input suppliers’ companies, cooperatives and others specialized institutions operating in Rwanda;
2. The bidder must have sufficient store of agriculture lime grade 1;
3. The bidder must provide the quotations and application letter accompanied by company/cooperative registration certificate issued by RDB and RCA for cooperatives
4. Proof of Using EBM
5. Tax clearance issued by RRA
6. The financial quotations shall include transport costs to all demonstrated sites and other related charges including applicable taxes.

The bidder shall be ready to deliver these agriculture lime in a period not exceeding 4 calendar days upon the issue of purchase order

7. The successful bidder will present a sample of lime to be distributed in each of above-mentioned districts.

Bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI at Kicukiro head office no later than Wednesday 27^th September 2023 at 02:00PM

The public opening of bids is fixed on the same day at 02:30PM at the headquarters of DUHAMIC-ADRI.
