Any bidder interested to apply for this tender has to fulfil the following conditions:
- Being legally registered as Company or cooperative authorized to operate in Rwanda (RDB/RCA Certificate)
- Having a strong experience to supply required fruit tree seedlings by 3 recent certificates of good completion
- A proof to use Electronic Billing Machine (EBM): a copy of invoice submitted in the past, for all invoices to be paid
- Valid Tax clearance certificate provided by Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA)
- A copy of valid Social Security Clearance issued by RSSB
- The bidder must prove in writing a capacity to supply all specified fruit tree seedlings within a reasonable period not exceeding 3 calendar days after receiving the purchase order.
The prices proposed in the financial proposal (quotations) shall include all taxes and transport.
Bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI at Kicukiro head office no later than Tuesday 21st November 2023 at 10:00AM
The public opening of bids is fixed on the same day at 10:30AM at the headquarters of DUHAMIC-ADRI.
