DUHAMIC-ADRI in partnership with Trocaire is implementing the project entitled “Improved Natural Resources Management for Sustainable Food Sources” in Rulindo District particularly in the villages of Bushyana and Gatiba in Bwimo cell/Rukozo sector as well as in Nyagisozi and Nombe villages in Kiyanza cell/Ntarabana sector.
DUHAMIC-ADRI would like to invite all interested companies or firms to provide water purifiers/filters as detailed in the table below:

Any bidder interested to apply for this tender has to fulfil the following conditions:
- Being legally registered as Company authorized to operate in Rwanda (RDB/RCA Certificate)
- Having a strong experience to supply required Water purifiers/filters by 3 recent certificates of good completion
- A proof to use Electronic Billing Machine (EBM): a copy of invoice submitted in the past;
- Valid Tax clearance certificate provided by Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA)
- A copy of valid Social Security Clearance issued by RSSB
- The bidder must prove in writing a capacity to supply all specified water purifiers/filters within a reasonable period not exceeding 3 calendar days after receiving the purchase order.
The prices proposed in the financial proposal (quotations) shall include all taxes and transport.
Bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI at Kicukiro head office no later than Wednesday 22nd November 2023 at 10:00AM
The public opening of bids is fixed on the same day at 10:30AM at the headquarters of DUHAMIC-ADRI.
