DUHAMIC-ADRI with pleasure looks for interested company or firm to provide different TVET Start up Kits (see attachment) during implementation of PEPFAR/USAID Project named “IGIRE JYAMBERE”.
The selection of best bidder will be done by using under and in compliance with the Least Cost Selection (LCS) methods and procedures described in the detailed tender document to be received at DUHAMIC-ADRI head offices located at Kicukiro where samples will be visited during business hours.
The prices proposed in the quotation shall include all taxes and transportation at DUHAMIC-ADRI.
Bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI at Kicukiro head office no later than Tuesday 22/08/2023 at 10:00 a.m.
The public opening of bids is fixed on the same day at 10:30 a.m at the headquarters of DUHAMIC-ADRI.
