Public tender for provision of materials for Coaching Boys into Men (CBIM) athletes and coaches

The deadline for submission of bids: Tuesday 28/03/2022 at 2:00 p.m.
DUHAMIC-ADRI is implementing a five-year PEPFAR/USAID Program named IGIRE-JYAMBERE “ODA” in all 10 sectors of Nyarugenge Districts; would like to invite all interested companies or firms to supply materials for CBIM athletes and coaches.
The selection of best bidder will be done using under and in compliance with the Least Cost Selection (LCS) methods.

Eligible bidders should submit their competitive offers comprising the following attachment:
1. A motivated letter addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI; P.O BOX 1080 KIGALI;
2. A certificate of visit of samples at DUHAMIC-ADRI head office located in Kicukiro District, Niboye sector (samples can be visited during business time from 8:00am to 5:00pm)
3. A copy of trading License,
4. A proof to use Electronic Billing Machine (EBM): A copy of invoice submitted in the past.
5. Valid Tax clearance certificate provided by Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA),
6. Valid Social Security Clearance issued by RSSB,
7. A copy of Certificate of registration for VAT,
8. Three (3) recent certificates of good completion from trustworthy institutions,
The detailed financial proposal (quotation) in respect of the following table shall include all related taxes and delivery period:

Bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI at Kicukiro head office no later than Tuesday 28/03/2023 at 2:00 p.m.
The public opening of bids is fixed on the same day at 2:30 p.m at the headquarters of DUHAMIC-ADRI.
