Rwanda Ultimate Golf Course (hereinafter called the Client) is undertaking a procurement process for the Maintenance of the golf course equipment. The client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation to tender is issued.

TERMS OF REFERENCE
For Maintenance of Golf Course Equipment

Section A: Introduction
Rwanda Ultimate Golf Course Ltd. intends to develop Kigali Golf Resort & Villas to international standards in order to position Kigali for Golf Tourism. These terms of reference aim at providing the required information on the hiring a turf equipment mechanic to work alongside the assistant mechanic.

Section B: Requirements
1. Name of the Project
Maintenance of Golf Course Equipment
2. Procuring Entity
Rwanda Ultimate Golf Course Ltd
3. Purpose of the Project
These terms of reference have been prepared and published to request interested bidders to submit their proposals for the maintenance of the golf course equipment.

4. Scope of the assignment
• Work with procurement team and the greenkeeper for ordering all spare parts and other items to be used throughout the year.
• Monthly visit of facility by one representative for repairing and maintaining all RUGC Golf course equipment. Including but not limited to mowers, tractors, workmen and golf buggies (5 days).
• Available to receive calls and pictures from Director of Golf, consultant greenkeeper and Assistant Greenkeeper to assess actions to be taken during the month.
• During the 5 days on site, the training of the assistant mechanic(s) is a key element of the tender. At the end of the contract the team in place is expected to care of all equipment in solitude.

5. Documents to be submitted by the bidder.
The offer shall be made of:
1. RDB Registration certificate
2. Valid RSSB Clearance certificate
3. Valid RRA Clearance certificate
4. VAT Registration certificate
5. Experience of the firm including the previous work done & recommendation
6. Degree and CVs of key personnel
7. Assignment Methodology and work plan
8. Financial offer
