Responsibilities or duties

  • Monitor daily transactions and screen customers for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to ensure the SACCO's financial systems and processes are functioning correctly.
  • Develop, review, and enforce company policies related to risk management and compliance.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and coordinate the collection of risk information from all departments to update the risk profile.
  • Champion a culture of regulatory compliance across the organization.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

THESE POSITIONS ARE BASED IN VARIOUS DISTRICTS ACROSS RWANDA.

REQUIREMENTS: Applicants should have A2, A1, or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, ICT, and other fields related to the position.
