Company Overview

Blackbuck has equipped Rwanda's best cafés, hotels, and offices with professional espresso machines, grinders, and technical service since 2020. We're looking for a Sales Assistant to assist our Sales Manager. Blackbuck's main office is in Kigali, Gikondo.

The Role

You'll assist the sales manager to sell professional coffee machines (both sales and rentals), advise customers based on their needs, and manage the process from first contact through to delivery. The work is split between our showroom and the field, meeting cafés, hotels, and businesses nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers in the showroom
• Prospect and build a portfolio of professional clients
• Negotiate and close sales and rentals
• Follow up with customers and coordinate deliveries with the technical team

What we're looking for

• Fluent French or English required
• Able to use a computer (mail, basic spreadsheets)
• Comfortable talking to customers
• Independent, organized, and reliable
• Willingness to learn the product

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
