We are growing and looking for a Senior Recruiter with experience working with SMEs to join our team.
Job Summary
As the Senior Recruiter you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding SME clients (with more than 5 employees) to benefit from our services. You must understand the SME environment, build strong relationships with business owners, and have a solid background in recruitment or business development.
Main Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard SME clients to Equip Rwanda's training and equipment hire-purchase services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SME owners and partners.
- Understand each client's business needs and recommend suitable services.
- Meet monthly and quarterly recruitment and sales targets.
- Work independently and manage your fieldwork schedule.
- Track client needs and report insights to your supervisor.
- Promote Equip Rwanda to potential partners and clients.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance,Accounting or a related field.
Experience:
At least 2–3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in equipment rental or similar industries.
A proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Skills:
- Experience in working with SME owners.
- Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
- Relationship-building and networking skills.
Languages:
- Native Kinyarwanda speaker.
- Fluent in English.
- French is an added advantage.
